I'm *thinking* XP32 Maximum Skeleton might have something to do with it, but I'm not sure why? I've tried installing it with no 1st person "sword on back" animations and also with. ^ As a note, although those are modded scrolls, I did test it with in-game scrolls as well and it still happens.
